How to Wash and Dry Clothes – Stackable LG WKEX200HBA

Washing Clothes

1. Open Washer Door
   Pull the bottom door open.
2. Load Clothes
   Put clothes inside the washer. Do not overfill.
3. Add Detergent
   Open the detergent drawer (top left corner).
   Pour liquid or powder detergent into the “main wash” compartment.
4. Close Door and Drawer
   Make sure both are shut tight.
5. Choose a Wash Cycle
   Turn the big knob to select “Normal” (good for most loads).
   For towels or heavy items, use “Heavy Duty.”
6. Start the Washer
   Press the big Start/Pause button.

1. 3. Detergent/Softener (if using):
   • If using detergent packs or tablets, place them in the drum before loading. 
   • If using a dispenser, fill the detergent and softener compartments according to the manufacturer’s instructions. 
2. 4. Select Wash Cycle:
   • Turn the cycle selector knob or press the cycle buttons to choose the desired wash cycle. 
   • Common cycles include Normal, Delicate, Heavy Duty, etc. 
3. 5. Adjust Settings:
   • Default settings for the selected cycle can be adjusted using modifier and option buttons. 
   • You can change settings like water temperature, spin speed, etc. 
4. 6. Start the Cycle:
   • Press the Start/Pause button to begin the wash cycle. 
   • The door will lock during the cycle. 
5. 7. End of Cycle:
   • When the cycle is complete, a melody will sound. 
   • Immediately remove the clothes to minimize wrinkles. 

Drying Clothes

1. Remove Washed Clothes
   When the washer beeps, open the door and take out the clothes.
2. Shake Out Clothes
   (Helps reduce wrinkles!)
3. Load Dryer
   Open the top door. Put clothes in the dryer.
   Clean the lint filter (inside the door) before each load.
4. Close Dryer Door
5. Choose a Dry Cycle
   Turn the knob to “Normal” or “Low Heat” for delicates.
6. Start the Dryer
   Press the Start/Pause button.
